GUARANTEE – RETURNS – REFUNDS – RETRACTATION
The items provided by https://eastana.com/ are new and guaranteed against any defect. They are identical to those of the traditional trade and come from all the referenced publishers and suppliers.
If an article is defective or not in conformity, the purchaser has 14 working days as from the reception of the pieces to ask for an exchange or a refund. If the thirteen (14) day period expires typically on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the first following working day.
The customer must return the new or unused items in their entirety and in their original packaging, intact, accompanied by any accessories, instructions and documentation (in its original cellophane packaging and with the corresponding invoice). In such a situation, the buyer must send proof of the defect(s) to firstname.lastname@example.org (description and photos attached).
If the right of withdrawal is exercised,Eastana is required to reimburse the sums paid by the client, free of charge, with the exception of return shipping costs. Reimbursement is due within a maximum of 14 working days from receipt of the returned package(s).
The return shipping costs are then at your expense.
In the event of a refund, we guarantee that it will be made within 14 days or less from the date of receipt of the returned package. No C.O.D. shipment will be accepted, whatever the reason.

We understand that occasionally, you may wish to return a product even if it has no defects. If you decide to return an item due to a change of mind, we request that you initiate the return process within 24 hours after ordering the product. After the 24-hour cancellation period, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund for change-of-mind cases.
